The Boarding and Command Teams of the Russian ship “VICE ADMIRAL KULAKOV” will be trained from 23 to 25 April 2012 in NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Centre (NMIOTC). The decision for this training was made during the 17th meeting of NATO-RUSSIA council within the context of the cooperation programme for the year 2012.
Their training, according to the training activities of the Centre, includes practice as well as classroom issues of Maritime Interdiction in Counter-Piracy Operations.
